Meet Sony Joseph
Sony Joseph is a licensed CPA in the State of Arizona and Texas. He is the owner of Sony Joseph CPA, PC located in Stafford TX. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accounts and Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Certified Management Accountant from Institute of Management Accountants New Jersey, USA and an Enrolled Agent with Internal Revenue Service. He has a master’s in accounting from the University of Phoenix AZ. He was the treasurer of the Phoenix Chapter of Institute of Management Accountants in 2014-2015 fiscal year.
Mr. Joseph, after working for five years in a regional Certified Public Accounting firm in India, moved to Dubai, UAE to work for an international firm of certified public accountants. He worked as an auditor for five years. He started his business consulting and tax practice in the USA in the year 2006. Mr Joseph has been advising clients on internal controls, business setups, taxation, audit and tax resolution issues.
Prior to starting his own firm of Certified Public Accountants, he worked with various public accounting firms in Arizona and Texas. Sony Joseph CPA PC provides tax and accounting services, bookkeeping, IRS and state tax audit representation, expat taxes and specializes in IRS tax resolution services.He also serves as the Vice President of PKC consulting Inc, a corporation providing exclusively tax resolution services. Sony Joseph CPA, PC is also a Certified Acceptance Agent for the Internal Revenue Services in order to assist clients to obtain Income Tax Identification numbers (ITIN) expeditiously.
He is actively engaged in various nonprofit organizations outside of his business. He lives in Missouri City, TX with his wife and three sons.
